The Concord Free Public Library will close early at 1 PM on Wednesday, December 24 and will be closed Thursday, December 25. The Workshop will be closed Friday, December 26.
From Monday, March 23 to Sunday, March 29, the Concord Free Public Library will partner with Concord’s Open Table community supper and food pantry services to offer a week-long Food for Fines Program. For each non-perishable item donated the Library will waive $1.00 in overdue fines.

Great news! Beginning on January 1, 2020, items checked out to a Minuteman library patron will be eligible for auto-renewal if the item is renewable, there are no reserves for the title, the item has not reached its maximum allowed renewals and your library card is valid.
In anticipation of the Christmas Day release of the Little Women movie, the Town of Concord will be celebrating Little Women Week from December 15 - 22, 2019. This week will feature events themed around Louisa May Alcott while celebrating her book as well as the new movie Little Women by Columbia Pictures and SONY Pictures.
