Weekly Events for Kids

Our libraries offer a variety of weekly programs for kids to encourage a lifelong love of reading and learning of all kinds!

The Concord Library has two locations - please note the listed location. Our children's library staff take seasonal program breaks, and our schedule is subject to change - before arriving, please consult our kids calendar to ensure that event details have not changed.

Mondays

Musical Monday | 10:30 AM | Ages 0-5

Start your week off right by dancing, singing, and having some fun at Musical Monday!

Tuesdays

Crafty Tuesday | 10:30 AM | Ages 0-8

Join us to hear a story, and then enjoy a simple craft for little ones!

Wednesdays

Toddler Time | 10:30 AM | Ages 1-3

Get your wiggles out with songs, rhymes, shorter stories, and a ton of movement at this storytime perfect for busy toddlers!

Baby Storytime | 11:30 AM | Ages 0-1

Join us for an opportunity to meet other parents and caregivers of infants and pre-walking babies in this introduction to the world of early literacy.

Make-It! Club | 3:30 PM | Ages 5-12

Join us every Wednesday afternoon for an awesome craft, art project, or engineering puzzle!

Fridays

Alphabet Storytime | 10:30 AM | Ages 0-5

Start your week off right by dancing, singing, and having some fun at Musical Monday!

Saturdays

Yoga Storytime | 10:30 AM | Ages 2-6

Books are brought to life through yoga, movement and song! We will strengthen our minds, bodies, breath and heart.

LEGO Explorers | 2 PM | Ages 7-10

Enjoy free building with your friends using LEGO bricks, Duplo blocks, Megabloks, and other building toys!

Baby Time | 11 AM | Ages 0-1

Join us for songs, stories, and a chance to chat with other parents and caregivers.

Free Play | 4 PM | Ages 0-5

Come play with us! Drop by the Fowler backyard weekly for a range of activities, including a water table and arts and crafts.

Tuesdays

Storytime | 10 & 11 AM | Ages 0-5

Join us at Fowler for storytime! We'll share stories, songs, and rhymes and do a simple hands-on activity.

Wednesdays

Craft Lab | 2 & 4 PM | Ages 5-12

Drop by Fowler to craft, experiment, and create. Join us each week for hands-on artistic exploration.

Thursdays

Messy Fun | 11 AM | Ages 0-5

What's more fun than getting messy? Getting messy somewhere that isn't in your house! Drop by the Fowler backyard weekly for a range of activities from play dough to blocks.

Fridays

LEGO Club | 3:30 PM | Ages 5-12

Come play with us! Join fellow builders to construct from our Lego collection. Try out weekly challenges or work on your own project.

Saturdays

Storytime & Musical Mornings | 11 AM | Ages 0-5

Join Fowler staff each week for songs and stories. On the first Saturday of each month, Ricardo Rosales will lead a morning of music in English and Spanish.
