What is Plastic-Free Lunch Day?

Plastic-Free Lunch Day is taking place on Friday, November 22, 2024 in all the Concord Public Schools including CCHS. The Concord Public Schools invite the community to try to avoid plastic. By making this effort together, we all can start and join conversations about refusing, reducing, or reusing plastic (no need to throw out good containers)!  Individuals, friends and families can strive to go plastic-free with their lunch or other meals in the workplace and/or their homes.  Our collective action protects human health and all the Earth.
