Volunteer Opportunities

Friends Volunteers

The Friends of the Concord Free Public Library is a volunteer-run, non-profit organization that supports Library programs and resources. Volunteer opportunies with the Friends include:

  • Delivering Library materials to homebound patrons
  • Sorting book donations
  • Staffing and maintaining book sales
  • Staffing special events

Library Volunteers

The Library accepts volunteers ages 14 and older to assist on a variety of projects, including:

  • Program preparation
  • Shelving & shelf reading
