Computers, Wi-Fi, & More

A Kurzweill (text to speech) station is available for use by appointment.  Call 978-318-3347 (Main Library) or 978-318-3350 (Fowler Branch) to make a reservation.

Computers are available at the Main Library and the Fowler Branch.  A MS Office Suite program is installed on each PC station.  A Mac computer is available in the Young Adult area at both locations. 

Our library computer users can print from any public Internet PCs at the Main Library (i.e. in the Computer Alcove & Thoreau Room) and at the Fowler Branch Library.

A flatbed scanner and a duplex feeder can be found next to the public printer at the Main Library and the Fowler Branch. Users can scan to email, printer, USB or Google Drive and many more. Scanning is free.   

A b/w photocopier is available at the Main Library and the Fowler Branch.  $0.15/page

Free wireless Internet access is available at the Main Library and the Fowler Branch. 

Wireless hotspot devices are available for Concord patrons to borrow at the Main Library and the Fowler Branch on a first-come first served basis. Read Hotspot Circulation Policy.

Currently our fax credit card reader is not working.  Fax service is down as a result.  We apologize for the inconvenience. 

Fax service is available to the public at the Main Library (Computer Alcove).  It is for outgoing fax only.  No incoming fax is accepted.
