Public Meeting Rooms
This page contains information about reserving one of our public meeting spaces. For meetings not open to the public, reserve a private study room instead. To partner with the Library to offer a program, submit our suggest a program form.
Be sure to review our full Meeting Room Policy before booking below. As a reminder:
- When available, meeting rooms may be reserved by Concord-based nonprofits, not-for-profits, and community groups only.

Group organizers are solely responsible for event publicity and for notifiying attendees in the event of cancellation.

All meetings must:
- Be free and open to the public;
- Take place during the Library’s regular operating hours;
- Be free of commercial activity;
- Not be used for worship activities;
- Comply with all library policies, procedures, and posted notices; and
- Be consistent with, and not disruptive of normal library operations or violate the Library’s Rules of Behavior.
A portion of the funding for the construction of the Goodwin Forum was provided by the Massachusetts Cultural Facilities Fund, a program of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, administered through a collaborative arrangement between MassDevelopment and the Mass Cultural Council.
