Celebrate National Pollinator Week

We're kicking off a season of celebrating our pollinators and native plants! Pick up a map and a painted bee for a self-guided pollinator tour of gardens on town conservation land, at the high school, and at Fowler Library. Join us for a range of programs over National Pollinator Week (June 16-June 22). Highlights include:
- Garden Talks at Harrington Park with Isabel Bailey (Monday, June 16 at 5 PM), the Baker Avenue Boat Launch with Bob White (Tuesday, June 17 at 4 PM), and Barrett's Mill with Kirk Kinder (Friday, June 20 at 10 AM),
- Silent Spring II: The Dangers of Yard Pesticides with Wilson Kerr on Wednesday, June 18 at 6 PM
- Planting Fowler's New Pollinator Garden with Lady Fern Farm on Friday, June 20 at 1 PM
At Fowler, we will also be transplanting our seedlings from our Winter Seed Sows on Wednesday, June 16 at 11 AM, crafting that afternoon with West Concord Green Thumbs, and thinking about bees and butterflies and biodiversity during our storytimes on Tuesday and Saturday.
