Growing Up Stressed or Growing Up Mindful?

Dr. Christopher Willard (PsyD) will be giving a talk on stress and mindfulness for kids, teens and families on Sunday, June 30, 2019 at 3:00 p.m. in the Trustees' Room. Open to all.

We know our kids and teens are facing an outright crisis of stress and mental illness. Dr. Willard will be sharing practices for educators, professionals and parents to use themselves and take home to their children. We will discuss tailoring techniques to a range of kids issues, including learning differences, medical concerns, and mental health issues, for attention spans ranging from 30 seconds to 30 minutes.
