Concord Festival of Authors: John Matteson
In honor of the Little Women sesquicentennial celebration, Louisa May Alcott's Orchard House presents in partnership with the Concord Festival of Authors Pulitzer Prize winner Professor John T. Matteson on Friday, October 26, 2018 at 7:30 p.m. at the Main Library. In addition to discussing the enduring nature of Little Women, Professor Matteson will offer insights into and an advance preview of his forthcoming book, which is primarily focused on the Battle of Fredericksburg.
Matteson won the 2008 Pulitzer Prize for Biography or Autobiography for his first book Eden's Outcasts: The Story of Louisa May Alcott and Her Father.
