2019 Summer Reading Program
Concord Free Public Library welcomes children and teens of all ages to register for the 2019 Summer Reading Program beginning at 9:00 a.m. on June 1. This year’s program is titled “A Universe of Stories” and will feature space-themed programs and events from June 1 - August 23.
Readers who register for the Summer Reading Program will be able to track the number of hours they have read, write reviews, earn badges online and more, allowing readers to set goals over the course of the summer and win prizes. The library encourages parents of the youngest patrons to consider signing up their little ones for the Pre-Reader Program, which comes with many of the same features, including prizes, but is tailored for learners who have not started reading independently yet. All children and teens are welcome to stop by the Main Library or Fowler Branch Library to sign up with a librarian or stop by with additional questions.
