25. The Middlesex Hotel Complex in the Beers Atlas, 1875
This detail from a Concord map in the 1875 Beers County Atlas of Middlesex Massachusetts shows several buildings on the Middlesex Hotel property— the hotel (with a long jog of unidentified purpose on the west side of the building; see nos. 36 and 37 for photographs of the jog), stable and carriage shed (not labeled), and bowling alley.
