ARTICLE 40. Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was
VOTED BY A TWO-THIRDS VOTE: To appropriate the sum of $150,000 for the purpose of remodeling, reconstructing, HVAC upgrading, or making extraordinary
repairs to the Concord Town House, including engineering, design services and related services necessary for said improvement;
and that to meet this appropriation the Treasurer with the approval of the Board of Selectmen be authorized to borrow $150,000.
