Public Grounds
We have had nothing to do with shade trees this year as the Town chose a tree warden. Our appropriation has been heavily overdrawn, however, on account of the filling up where the Middlesex Hotel stood, $424.30 having been used for that purpose, and $173.36 for grading around the new school house at Concord Junction. We recommend $750 for Public Grounds. See page 72 for financial report.
