OLD MIDDLESEX HOTEL AT CONCORD FOR SALE AND REMOVAL.
Sealed Proposals will be received by the Committee appointed by the Town of Concord for the sale of the old Middlesex Hotel to be torn down and removed.
Bids must be sent to the Chairman on or before Saturday, March 10th, 1900.
Bids may be made separately for the building and for the stone and brick.
Work must begin immediately upon the acceptance of the bid and prosecuted with diligence, so that all material except the stone and brick shall be removed before April 15th 1900, and the stone and brick before May 13th, 1900, unless the time is extended by the Committee.
