43. The 2003-2005 Renovation Completed

As this photograph of the nearly completed renovation of 2003 to 2005 shows, the project significantly altered the Sudbury Road entrance to the Concord Free Public Library. Architects J. Stewart Roberts & Associates clearly took pains to integrate the old and newer parts of the building into an aesthetically pleasing whole.

The only new space created through this renovation - which focused more on the redesign and efficient use of existing space than on expansion - was added on the Sudbury Road side.
