The exhibition Collecting Transcendentalism originated as a gallery display on view in the Concord Free Public Library from October 28, 2011 through January 31, 2012.  It was prepared by Leslie Perrin Wilson, Curator of the William Munroe Special Collections at the Concord Free Public Library, and Joel Myerson, Carolina Distinguished Professor of American Literature, Emeritus, at the University of South Carolina, with the assistance of Constance Manoli-Skocay and Robert C.W.
