I hereby certify that Samuel Burr and others, the owners of the Mill Dam in the middle of Concord, have made & executed a deed releasing the right of flowing, and deposited the same in my hands to be delivered up to those who are interested in having the right to flowing relinquished where the amount subscribed for that purpose shall be parity.
